This is the ‘Custom Portrait in tiny frame’ page. [more courses here].
- 55 USD per piece. Due to the tiny size, each order will be a portrait of one face.
- Painting will be done with acrylic gouache and coloured pencils.
- Without the option, a low-cost tiny frame is included, but for +7 USD you can change to a nice handmade tiny frame remade from scrap wood♪ (while stocks last).
- The product image is of a handmade frame.
- We will consult with you to decide which frame you would like, but depending on availability, we may not have the colour you want.
- You may have to wait a month or so, but we can place an additional order or hold it for you when it comes in, so if you are particular about the colour of the frame, please contact us.
- Please send your photos of Corgo's resources (photos of his/her face) by email or various DMs to Ayumi/Bowa Bowa Doggo.
- Please note that the image quality of Instagram DMs is much lower and it may be impossible to distinguish the face.
Common notes on Custom Art
- Currently only Corgi breeds are accepted.
- When more than one dog, as long as there is at least one corgi.
- Non-existent corgis (-ω-) and original corgi characters are acceptable. Other people's unauthorised dogs or copyrighted characters are not allowed.
- Exceptions are made for orders as surprise gifts, but we cannot deal with any problems after the gift has been given.
- Copyright is not transferred and belongs to Ayumi Takeuchi.
- However, you are allowed to make your own items for personal and non-commercial use only. You can post it on your own social media or use it as an icon or banner (when posting, please give credit to @bowabowadoggo).
- Ayumi/Bowa Bowa Doggo may post it freely on social media sites and websites as portfolio.
- If you wish to use the work commercially, please contact us separately as client work.

Also, since I work in a house where bowa-bowa dogs live, there may be fur in the packaging. Please understand.🐶😾
Refund Policy
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at 【algoayugon@antnest.in】.
