• How long will it take to arrive?
  • We strive to ship within one week. On average, it takes an additional two weeks to reach other countries after departure from Japan.
    We recommend that you order Greeting Cards etc. as early as possible so that they arrive in time for your event!

• What environmental considerations do you have? Can it be recycled?
  • The packaging is made of paper materials as much as possible, and the tapes can be recycled.
  • However, only the transparent bags are made of plastic. (This will be replaced when cellophane paper can be imported from outside Japan.)
  • To protect the products from water, we ship them wrapped in either glassine paper or plastic.

• Do you offer gift wrapping?
  • Sorry, I am not doing it now. We may do it if there is a lot of requests.

• I cannot buy from my country!
  • Currently, sales to the EU have been stopped on this site. Sorry! Although we have a small variety of products, please shop on Etsy.
  • For other countries, please email or DM me as I can check for contraband and if it looks ok, I may be able to enable it.

• Do you do commissions or custom orders?
  • I'm working on it! Look at this page!
  • I can take orders not on this page or work for commercial use, provided that the art is corgi related. Just ask me by email or DM.

• Can you wholesale?
  • Yes, with pleasure!
  • However, Faire you might want to use does not support Japan ...😭why
  • So please email or DM me so I can deal with this by offering a coupon for wholesale!

• Can I buy in-person? Do you have a real store?
  • We have a few products in a store near Kyoto! (天衣無縫)
  • And we are planning to open a stall at flea markets in Kyoto in the future.
  • I am always looking for stores outside of Japan...that will place my products by wholesale! Please someone...
